Abstract:A rare clinical observation of advanced myeloid sarcoma developed through blast transformation of post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis as extramedullary manifestation of acute myeloid leukemia affecting larynx, laryngopharynx, trachea, soft tissues of the neck, pleura, and skeletal bones is presented.
