Myocardium distribution of sertindole and its metabolite dehydrosertindole in guinea‐pigs

Abstract: Sertindole, like other atypical antipsychotics, has been shown to increase the action potential duration and QT interval in a concentration dependent manner, in in vitro electrophysiological studies.
