Myofibrillar gene expression in differentiating lobster claw muscles

Abstract: Lobster claw muscles undergo a process of fiber switching during development, where isomorphic muscles containing a mixture of both fast and slow fibers, become specialized into predominantly fast, or exclusively slow, muscles.
