MyoRing Implantation with and without Corneal Collagen Crosslinking for the Management of Keratoconus

Abstract: Purpose: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of femtosecond laser-assisted MyoRing implantation with concurrent corneal collagen crosslinking (CXL) compared to MyoRing alone for the treatment of progressive keratoconus.
