Abstract: N1-methylnicotinamide (MNAM), a product of methylation of nicotinamide through nicotinamide N-methyltransferase, displays anti-diabetic effects in male rodents. This study aimed to evaluate the ameliorative potential of MNAM on glucose metabolism in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) model.
