Nachlese zu den «Ausgrabungen am Petersberg in Basel»

Abstract: Der Beitrag möchte zu einer aufwendigeren Neuedition der 1963 erschienenen Monographie zu den Ausgabungen am Petersberg anregen und liefert einige Ansätze dazu. Als Nachtrag werden die seinerzeit verschollenen Glättgläser vorgelegt.  Die grosse Zahl von fünf Reitersporen, die ausführlich vorgestellt werden, lässt den Gedanken aufkommen, dass am Petersberg Ministerialen des bischöflichen Stadtherrn ansässig waren.
