Abstract: Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have emerged as the leading nonviral nucleic acid (NA) delivery system, gaining widespread attention for their use in COVID‐19 vaccines. They are recognized for their efficient NA encapsulation, modifiability, and scalable production.
