Abstract:To improve the oral absorption and anticancer efficacy of the BCS-IV drug etoposide (ETO), oral nanocrystal-loaded lipid carriers (Lipo@NCs) were developed in this study by modifying the BCS-IV drug nanocrystal with the lipid bilayer.
