Abstract:Background and purpose: Diclofenac (DCF) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug possessing analgesic and antipyretic properties. It is used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis pain, osteoarthritis, and acute muscle pain conditions and can be administrated orally, topically or intravenously.
