Abstract:Lipid nanoparticles and polymeric nanoparticles are promising biomaterial platforms for robust intracellular DNA and mRNA delivery, highlighted by the widespread use of nanoparticle‐ (NP) based mRNA vaccines to help end the COVID‐19 pandemic.
