Abstract:Background: Promoting bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) osteoblastic differentiation is a promising therapeutic strategy for osteoporosis (OP). The present study demonstrates that miR-483-5p inhibits the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.
