Nanoscale fracture of defective popgraphene monolayer

Abstract: A new carbon allotrope, namely popgraphene, has been recently demonstrated to possess high potentials for nanodevice applications. Here, the fracture of defective popgraphene was studied using molecular dynamics simulations and continuum modeling.
