Nanostructured Lipid Carrier of Cinacalcet HCl: Formulation, BBD Enabled Optimization, Pharmacokinetic and In-Vitro Cytotoxicity Study

Abstract: Background: Cinacalcet hydrochloride (CINH) is a BCS class IV drug. It is mainly used for the treatment of chronic renal disease and parathyroid cancer.
