Abstract:This study presents the design and fabrication of a vertically stacked aluminum (Al) nanosquare metasurface for infrared cutoff (IR-cut) applications, utilizing advanced nanomaterials to enhance device performance by blocking infrared light while maintaining transparency in the visible spectrum.
