Narrative review: the holy grail: update on pharmacotherapy for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

Abstract: Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is the presence of clinical signs and/ or symptoms of heart failure with a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ≥50%.
