Narrow-band optical filter for a spectral-selective control device of physical and physicochemical processes

Abstract: Subject of the present paper is the application of a multichannel optical spectrometer performing spectral measurements in specified areas of the optical range using a set of narrow-band interference optical filters that are tuned to certain wavelengths.
