“…These porous materials not only have potential capacity of iodine absorption but also provide a feasible strategy to facilitate the development of other volatile compounds. Recently, Wu and coworkers [108] designed two BODIPY-based conjugated polymers 84 and 85 ( Figure 30), and then further prepared Pdots with uniform small-size distribution for super-resolution optical fluctuation imaging (SOFI). This imaging technique is based on the random fluctuation of the fluorescence intensity of mutually fluorescent chromogens to achieve resolution improvement.…”

“…[ 104 , 105 , 106 , 200 ] Small polymer dots (PDots) exhibit spontaneous fluctuations in fluorescence that make them suited for fluctuation‐based super‐resolution techniques, such as super‐resolution optical fluctuation imaging (SOFI) (Figure 4H ). [ 107 , 108 ] Several aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) nanoparticles have large STED cross‐sections and strong resistance to photobleaching. As a result, such AIE nanoparticles are excellent candidates for long‐term STED imaging (Figure 4I ).…”
