Nasal Growth after Pediatric Septoplasty at Long-term Follow-up

Abstract: Pediatric septoplasty may be indicated in selected cases of obstructing nasal septum deformities. The operation, performed via endonasal approach, does not interfere with the normal growing nasal process.
