Nasal irrigation improving nasal obstruction and QoL of patients: two cases of HHT after nasal dermoplasty

Abstract: Epistaxis is one of the most significant symptoms impairing the quality of life in patients with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) . Nasal dermoplasty has been reported to regulate moderate to severe epistaxis with promising results. However, patients often have nasal obstruction with nasal crusting after the surgery.
