Nasal obstruction due to septochoanal polyp with bone metaplasia: Case report

Abstract: In this study we describe the case of a patient with a choanal polyp that was implanted in the posterior sector of the nasal septum and spread and occupy the entire rhinopharynx. It was resected by an endonasal approach with endoscopes and extracted by mouth.
