“…The progressive enlargement of the dermoid cyst can lead to skeletal deformation, soft tissue, and a locoregional infection, especially a neuromeningeal infection, which can be serious. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are important to avoid neuromeningeal and esthetic complications [ 1 ], [ 2 ].
