National Hospital Care Survey Demonstration Projects: Severe Maternal Morbidity in Inpatient and Emergency Departments

Abstract: This report demonstrates the ability of the National Hospital Care Survey (NHCS) to examine delivery hospitalizations involving severe maternal morbidity (SMM).
