Natrium Alginat sebagai Polimer Mukoadhesif terhadap Daya Lekat serta Pelepasan Granul Mukoadhesif Amoksisilin

Abstract: Mukoadhesif merupakan bentuk sediaan bioadhesif yang membentuk ikatan dengan membran mukosa. Sediaan mukoadhesif bertahan pada mukosa dalam periode waktu yang diperlama sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan hayati obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan natrium alginat sebagai polimer bioadhesif terhadap daya lekat sediaan.
