Natural disaster management in Korea: Is it the “best”, or is it just “satisfactory”?

Abstract: This research has examined the reality of Korean natural disaster management by considering four analytical factors, namely, the characteristics of natural disasters, government policy, business strategy, and volunteer activity, towards drawing lessons for the international community.
