Natural Language Processing Using Neighbour Entropy-based Segmentation

Abstract: In natural language processing (NLP) of Chinese hazard text collected in the process of hazard identification, Chinese word segmentation (CWS) is the first step to extracting meaningful information from such semi-structured Chinese texts.
