Natural Product Piperine Alleviates Experimental Allergic Encephalomyelitis in Mice by Targeting Dihydroorotate Dehydrogenase

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Human dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) represents a promising therapeutic target for chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
