Abstract: Juvenile osteochondritis dissecans (JOCD) is a pediatric orthopedic disorder that involves the articular–epiphyseal cartilage complex and underlying bone. Clinical disease is often characterized by the presence of radiographically apparent osteochondral flaps and fragments.
