Abstract:Duodenum diverticulum is the most common site for diverticular disease of small intestine. Symptomatic duodenal diverticulum are 1% to 5%, which present with pain, bleeding, inflammation, cholestasis, cholangitis, obstruction, perforation, pancreatitis, or malignant transformation.
