Abstract:Jasmine belongs to the family Oleaceae and declared as a national flower of Pakistan. A number of insect pests like Hendecasis duplifascialus (Jasmine budworm), Contarinia maculipennis (Blossom midge), Elasmopalpus jasminophagus (Gallery worm), Glyphodes unionalis (Leaf roller), Tetranychus urticae (Two spotted mite) and Nausinoe geometralis (Leaf webworm) have been recorded for infesting Jasmine plantation from various parts of the world.
