Abstract: This report explores a noteworthy case diagnosed with primary pulmonary choriocarcinoma (PPC), a rare and often fatal non-seminomatous germ cell tumor. Initially misdiagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma, this case underscores the diagnostic complexities associated with PPC.
