Navigating the Digital Workforce Shifts

Abstract

The advent of artificial intelligence has opened many opportunities across industries. However, there are chances of job displacement that have occurred as a part of this modification. As a remedy to the changing landscape of digital workforce generation, appropriate strategies be designed as a part of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives which can lead to harnessing the role of technology in human development. The chapter dives further into the ways in which the two aspects can be integrated and provides a method through which CSR activities can lead to navigating AI powered workforce shifts and its social implications. This study looks into the previous literature dealing with the use of CSR strategies for reskilling of individuals. The challenges and ways of overcoming them have been discussed here for future outlook.
