The study examines how inclusive secondary school counselors perceive the use of career counseling theories and techniques in supporting students with ADHD during career transition. The study aimed to understand counselors' overall perspectives, examine gender differences, and evaluate the impact of professional experience and school location. This research used a survey research design and involved 20 counselors selected through purposive and convenience sampling techniques. The findings revealed that counselors had neutral to slightly positive perspectives on applying theories and techniques to facilitate the career transition of students with ADHD, with no significant differences based on gender, experience, or location. A major contribution of this study is the identification of a consensus among counselors concerning career counseling approaches for supporting the career transition of students with ADHD.
