The present systematic review is a qualitative research aimed to synthesize and understand the hesitancy phenomenon of vaccination against COVID 19 for the population experiencing mental health problems, for certain various anxiety disorders. Thematic conclusions from 20 studies that observed the phenomenon of acceptance of vaccination against coronavirus for several types of population were analysed: some studies involve patients from Mental Health Care (n = 6), some are about university students (n = 3), general population with electronic records (n = 6), women from fertility centres (n = 2), refugees (n = 1) and patients with chronic conditions (n = 2). According to the findings of this systematic analysis, avoiding coronavirus vaccination is a complex phenomenon that is strongly linked to anxiety disorders. However, several factors contribute to the observed correlations, both mediating and moderating, allowing us to have a better understanding of the mechanism.
