Near-infrared fluorescent northern blot

Abstract: Northern blot analysis detects RNA molecules immobilized on nylon membranes through hybridization with radioactive P-labeled DNA or RNA oligonucleotide probes. Alternatively, nonradioactive northern blot relies on chemiluminescent reactions triggered by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated probes.
