Near‐Infrared InGaAs Intelligent Spectral Sensor by 3D Heterogeneous Hybrid Integration

Abstract: The applications of near‐infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) are limited due to the bulky size, low integration, and poor intelligence in edge computing of traditional spectrometers.
