Near-Term Loss of Habitat for Homo sapiens

Abstract: Earth is in the midst of abrupt, irreversible climate change. The current global-average temperature of Earth is the highest ever with Homo sapiens present, and there is no demonstrated way to stabilize or reduce the planetary temperature. This paper describes a few means by which habitat for humans could be lost in the near future.
