Abstract:Summary: Total lower lip reconstruction is a challenging reconstruction procedure. Its main role is to restore lip function, maintain the proper relationship between the upper and lower lips and optimize cosmesis. Various techniques ranging from local flaps to free tissue transfer have been developed.
