Necrotizing fasciitis associated with sorafenib treatment

Highlights There are only few case reports available on NF resulting from molecular targeted therapy. This is the first case report of sorafenib-associated NF. Clinicians should be aware of this possible adverse effect of molecular targeted therapy.
