Abstract:wallowed foreign body accidently has been often encountered in elderly people, and small bowel perforation due to ingested foreign body is not uncommon. Yet, foreign body ingestion complicated with necrotizing fasciitis have rarely been discussed. Here in, we report a case of necrotizing fasciitis resulted from a foreign body ingestion induced intestinal perforation in an incisional hernia.
