Needs assessment and strengthening midwifery association in Zimbabwe

Abstract: The needs assessment explored the Zimbabwe Confederation of Midwives’ (ZICOM) current status, strengths and challenges leading to agreed priorities for improving ZICOM's capacity to transform itself into a vibrant professional body.
