“…The other paper described here is the presentation by Graham (Phys. Dept., Queen's Univ., Belfast) [22] who gave one of the very few presentations on deuterium discharges. He described the results of Langmuir probe measurements in deuterium discharges and found that for equal plasma electron density, the electron temperature and the fast electron density are the same in hydrogen and deuterium discharges, but in hydrogen the space potential is 0.35 kT e higher relative to the anode.…”
