NEO PI-R personality characteristics of high-performing entry-level police officers.

Abstract: McRae, 1992) measures the 5-factor model of personality (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness) and 30 specific personality facets within these domains.
