Abstract:The Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome is a condition that affects a small proportion of female individuals at birth, resulting in the absence or underdevelopment of reproductive organs. However, this case report introduces overactive bladder (OAB) and vulvodynia, conditions that have not been previously reported in MRKH patients.
