Neonatal Rat Ventriculomyocytes are Stimulated to Undergo Apoptosis through a β1-Selective Adrenergic Pathway

Abstract: Apoptosis is found in failing human hearts. Catecholamines are upregulated in heart failure and appear to cause cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
