Abstract:Nephrotoxicity is a poisonous effect of some substances, both toxic chemicals and medication on the kidneys. A number of therapeutic agents like certain antibiotics, anticancer drugs and other synthetic molecules adversely affect the kidney resulting in life threatening renal diseases.
