Nested dynamic network data envelopment analysis models with infinitely many decision making units for portfolio evaluation

Abstract: Highlights We develop nested dynamic network DEA models to measure a portfolio's efficiency. We measure the multi-period efficiency of a portfolio and its comprised assets. Target portfolio is benchmarked against all other possible portfolios. A CVaR optimization problem is included. A two-stage method is proposed to help investors construct their desired portfolios.
