One of the most important issue in this domain is the security concern of the transfer data. The online transfer data may access illegally through attack the communication gate between the servers and the users. The main aim of this study is to enhance the security level of the online data transfer using two integrated methods; images steganography to hide the transfer data in image media, and chaotic map to remap the original format of the transfer data. The integration between these two methods is effective to secure the data in several format such as text, audio, and images. The proposed algorithm is the prototyped using JAVA programming, 20 images and text messages of usable sizes (plain data) were tested on the dataset using the developed programming. The simulation using local server is accomplished to analyze the security performance based on two factors; the plain data size and the data transfer distance. Many attacking attempts are performed on the simulation test using known attacking techniques such as observe the stego images quality. The experiment results show that about 85% of the attacking attempts fail to catch the stego images. 95% of the attacks fail in remap meaningful parts of the chaotic data. The results indicate the very good level of the propose security methods to secure the online transfer data. The contribution of this study is the effective integration between the steganography and chaotic map approaches to assure high security level of online data transfer.

ABSTRAKPenggunaan publik wifi sangat rentan terhadap attacker. Salah satu cara yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh attacker untuk melakukan eksploitasi dan menyebarkan malware pada jaringan publik wifi adalah dengan cara memanfaatkan vulnerable port pada client. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian keamanan port pada client yang menggunakan publik wifi. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Information gathering, fungsinya untuk mengetahui target client, port yang terbuka dan services yang berjalan. 2) Finding vulnerability, berdasarkan information gathering, dilakukan identifikasi untuk mengetahui potential vulnerability pada client. 3) Exploiting vulnerabilities, melakukan exploitation terhadap vulnerability yang ditemukan. 4) Recommendation, bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi berupa saran untuk mengamankan vulnerability yang ditemukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapatnya open port pada pengguna public wifi berpotensi menyebabkan pengguna dieksploitasi oleh attacker. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa, beberapa user tidak peduli dengan keamanan informasi, terutama mengenai pentingnya melakukan update pada aplikasi maupun update pada sistem operasi yang digunakan, dan juga pengguna masih kurang sadar mengenai pentingnya keamanan open port yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap keamanan informasi. Nowadays, cloud computing has experienced remarkable growth. Indeed, one of the main challenges of cloud computing is to protect data from different sensor devices during processing and storing. In 2014, Henze et al. proposed the Sensor Cloud Security library (SCSlib) which allows cloud developer to access encrypted sensor data stored in the cloud. SCSLib drawback is that it allows a dishonest referee, dealing with a dispute, to decrypt all the future and past authenticated cipher-text between parties. In this study, we proposed an improved scheme for the SCSlib that prevent the users of the library from such attacks. In addition, the proposed scheme fulfils the following security requirements: Integrity, authenticity, confidentiality and availability. Moreover, security analysis in the cloudcomputing environment is presented.
