“…19 In the literature 13 we found that the electric conductivity of POMA film on a glass sheet, doped by p-toluene sulfonic acid (TSA) obtained from different solvent, is in the order of 10 À3 S/cm as found in our blend. To free-standing POMA films obtained from 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidine (NMP) casting solution, doped in HCl solution the conductivity is around 1.3 S/cm three orders of magnitude higher than what is found in this work.…”

“…The same result was reported recently in the literature for NCO terminated PU and PANI emeraldine base. 19,20 The UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectra of undoped PU/POMA and PU/POMA doped with 1.0M HCl is shown in Figure 6. The films were obtained on the glass substrate by casting and doped by immersion in 1.0M HCl aqueous solutions.…”

“…It was found that as the percent loading of PNA in the composites increased, their electrical conductivity values also increased; however, these values fell in the semi-conducting range, which was much higher relative to the conductivity values obtained with very high loading of PNA in previously reported composites. The improved electrical conductivity values of LFADU/PNA composites can be correlated to the hydrogen bonding and urea type linkages formed between the two polymers, which provide the path to charge conduction [40,41]. …”

“…Initially, a weak loss of gradual mass less than 10% between 80 and 140 C was observed which corresponds to the physical absorbed water. 30 On the other hand, there is an important fall of the mass of approximately 40% for temperatures between 140 and 420 C. This can be due to the detachment of oligomers and doping agent from the PANI-DBTA. It is remarkable that more than 50% of the initial mass is preserved for temperatures up to 500 C. This residual mass corresponds to the presence of reticule polymer which is formed at high temperatures.…”
