Neue Ergebnisse über das Aufkohlungsverhalten von Stählen für Pyrolyserohre und Entwicklungstendenzen

Abstract: Urn den Zustand gebrauchter Pyrolyserohre zu beschreiben, sollten alle Priifverfahren wie Permeabilititsmessung, Makroatzung, Mikroatzung und Ermittlung des Kohlenstoffprofils und eventucll auch des Stickstoffprofils angewendet werden. Der EinfluB der Makrostruktur auf die Aufkohlungsbestandigkeit ist unerheblich. Von Bedeutung ist aber der aufkohlungshemmende EinfluB von Silizium, dessen Gehalt nicht untcr 1,8% liegen sollte.
