Abstract:Background: BetaLactam induced neurotoxicity in critical care patients can compromise clinical outcomes. Despite the growing use of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) for betalactams, clear toxicity thresholds remain undefined, leaving clinicians uncertain about dosing adjustments when adverse effects occur.
